Our able Chair-elect and 2006 Program Planner Howard Fuller will share details with you later but I wanted to remind you to put these on your calendar and get your registration in for MLA 06 in Phoenix. Some vendors have kindly donated money toward refreshments at the Monday afternoon Business meeting and Jean Shipman, MLA's President-elect has asked to attend the Business Meeting (schedule permitting) as many of her presidential priorities for next year deal with consumer and patient health information provision.(insider information ;-) ) Let's hope she'll be able to stop by and share some of these glimpses of plans for MLA 06/07 with us given how packed her schedule must be. Early bird registration for MLA and the continuing education symposium continues until April 17th. Put it on your calendar! Also, we're always looking for volunteers to work on committees or serve as officers. Please let Howard or me know if you'd like to be more active. We'll need help with a number of projects so fill out the form on the CAPHIS website and get involved.
