The Librarian's Role In The Provision Of Consumer Health Information And Patient Education
This MLA Policy Statement was developed by a Task Force of CAPHIS, chaired by Alan Rees. The task force members were: Joanne Marshall, Margaret Bandy, Kathy Lindner, Lisa McCormick, and Janet Schneider. The statement was approved by the MLA Board of Directors in February, 1996.

This excellent resource was produced by the National Network of Libraries of Medicine. It is terrific!
